Hi Esperanza,

I don't know about DVD, nor Europe. But in the US Frampton films are
available from Film-Makers' Cooperative and MOMA. See below.

Hollis Frampton
Zorns Lemma (1970) 16mm, color, sound, 60 min. rental price: 120.00
Circulating Film and Video
The Circulating Film and Video program makes available more than 1,200 16mm
prints covering the history of film from the 1890s to the present, as well
as art films from the American Federation of the Arts and 35mm films from
The Library of Congress. The program also incorporates an important
collection of works by leading video artists, which are available for rental
or sale in all formats. For information on rental or sale of films and
videos, please request a price list. (212) 708-9530, fax (212) 708-9531,
