I agree with Joanna that Colorlab is a good choice, however I would
suggest bumping up to DVCAM rather than miniDV which is just a terrible
format. In a very short amount of time you will experience base shrinkage
and off tracking with miniDV. DVCAM is not that much more per tape, and
playback is better when migrating to various playback decks. Of course,
some might suggest going straight to HDD, but tape storage is still better
for most folks.
