Sunday's Nathaniel Dorsky screening

Thought people would be interested in a couple recent news articles on
Nathaniel Dorksy. The SF Cinematheque showed his newest films, "Song and
Solitude", "Threnody" and the "Visitation", to two sold out audiences.

"Song of Solitude" was a great new addition to his work--a work that looks
deeper into the shadows and brings back parcels of light (it was made with
the input of a dying friend).

I was very pleased to see "Threnody" again, to try and memorize this
stunning work. The frame is constantly alive, constantly shimmering. It is
moving that such eulogies can be filled with so much adventure.
