Portland Documentary and eXperimental Film Festival 2007
Peripheral Produce’s Sixth Annual Portland Documentary and eXperimental Film
Festival is now accepting submissions for its five-day exposition taking
place April 25-29, 2007. The PDX FEST is dedicated to showcasing new and
innovative work in film and video from around the world. We are looking for
artistic, underground, quirky and challenging work that that goes against
the grain of mainstream entertainment.
Categories include: experimental, documentary, and underground. Work of all
lengths will be considered. Exhibition formats include 35mm, 16mm, Beta SP,
and DV. Live, multi-media and performance-based works with a film or video
emphasis are also encouraged to submit. Preview copies must be on VHS or
DVD (NTSC only, please).
There is a $15 entry fee, and the early deadline is December 15, 2006 (late
deadline Jan 19, 2007- late fee applies). Please download both the festival
