Yes I am in NYC. I am not sure how ceramic paint
would work because it is not meant to be transparent,
but it could always be dilluted.

I don't have the foggiest idea where to look besides
regular art stores. I know there is a shop somewhere
in the east village that specializes in paint, but I
forgot where it is.
