Don't remember whose talking head it is in one section of Caspar Stracke's
CIRCLES SHORT CIRCUIT, but some of the time she is conventionally seated,
facing the camera, and at other times her head floats and moves around
(composited on another image) in a quite unconventional manner. She is
talking about Alexander Graham Bell and the invention of the telephone.
She makes the wry claim that "Mr. Watson come here. I need you!" was the
first emergency call.
