But you didn't say where your friend is coming from??

If they are in the E.U. then I suspect they could get
away with just using a standard charger and physical
adaptors. I think this would also be the case
elsewhere in Europe too. It's a little lower than
230volts but thats obviously better than the voltage
being higher!
I don't think the 5 volt difference wil be a problem.
It's within european tolerances I think.
