by Arts Council England, Filter [www.filterindia.com] and UK artist film lab:

Building on the growth of the Experimenta film festival held in India, no.w.here
are pleased to announce a residency scheme for a Uk artist to develop a moving
image project in India and to engage with the artist community in Mumbai
[formerly Bombay]. The residency includes: Flights, Visa, Accomodation, Stipend,
Studio and Infrastructural support in India.
