You'd either have to use the existing Facility, and rent in that part of
Seattle isn't cheap, or move the equipment which if possible would be a
major task.
There were two guys here in Portland who tried to run in the old Teknifilm
building on the old ECN processor. Front end lab with local xfer facility
to finish.
At this stage a specialty lab would likely have to be a non-profit to
survive...something similar to what Kosarik does. I might be game ;)
