The Milwaukee Underground Film Festival is a two-day
exhibition dedicated to showcasing new works of film
and video that innovate in form, technique, and
content. We are working to make this an annual event
showcasing independent, non-narrative films from
around the world. We are interested in publicly
promoting the best in the artistic, provocative,
quirky, bizarre, confrontational, political and
challenging film and video work. The Milwaukee
Underground Film Festival seeks films that celebrate
the alternative vision and sound –challenging work
that reflects contemporary culture and is generally
unclassifiable. Also accepting sound and video
installations. The Milwaukee Underground Film
Festival will be held at the Walker Point Center for
the Arts in Downtown Milwaukee.
