Exactly Fred! Thanks.

Soon after I joined Frameworks I identified this
problem and began the short "Where are you?" thread a
few months ago. (I think there was an earlier one
also, before I joined.)
I began signing "John Porter, Toronto, Canada", then I
learned how to put that in an automatic "Signature" on
all my emails.
(Actually, I don't SEE my own emails to Frameworks, so
I just realized that I don't even know if my automatic
"Signature" gets through onto all my posts! Does it??)

My thread revealed that some people don't want their
location known, but for most of us, it would help many
discussions & announcements.

Yes, the Portugal thread is Frameworks at its best,
and I was wondering WHY is it so special? Surely this
could happen easily on Frameworks in many parts of the
world. But only some of our 600 are reading, only some
of THEM are speaking up, and only some of THEM say
where they are.
