Well, as you say like the FBI warning, you certainly can author
DVDs to force things to happen, like watching little commercials
before each track.

But why not really think outside the box?

Inserts and packaging, the DVD cover itself, even Product
Placement in experimental film -- say an inventory of McDonalds
visits on a road-trip/structural-film or a flash frame of a
Campbell's Soup can in the middle of a Robert Breer film -- are
all ways to do it.
