Hello Greg,
Strangely, it is not in the index for the Cinema 16 book but it is in the
table of contents, p. 428.
It was originally in Evergreen Review, July 1967. And itıs reprinted in
Battcockıs New American Cinema book.
Less frequently cited are the responses from Parker Tyler, Annette
Michelson, and others in a subsequent Evergreen Review. I can look that up
again if youıre interested.
