Nazimova's more famous film, SALOME, with bizarre costume design by Nastacha (sic) Rambova, or Mrs. Rodolph Valentino, as you will, is also great.

I have just discovered the film Lot in Sodom, which as
you might expect I loved!
It reminds me a lot of the film Der Golem for some
reason but I'm not quite sure why. It reminds me of
Maya Deren and Kenneth Anger too of course. :)
The film seems to have it's own cinematic language
going on in a couple of places and possibly referances
to free masonry? I'm not sure, very strange.
Anyway in addition to the work of Kenneth Anger and
the film "the art of mirrors" (genius), can anyone
recommend anything else I might like in this regard?
love
