this month at Malba (in buenos aires) theres a program
of Warhol curated by Mary Lea Bandy and Klaus
Biesenbach of MoMA that consists of a bunch of his
screen tests and sleep, kiss, blow job, eat, empire
projected -on dvd- in a gallery on some kind of
canvas, imitating a sort "picture in motion". !!!
what is the point of doing something as stupid (and
unattractive) as this? this people thinks that this
digitalization-installation legitimates artists like
Warhol or Frampton?
what´s worst is that some peolple go and see 10
minutes of Empire or Sleep and thinks they´re capable
of judging it.
