Kinoton makes one, but they're $$$...
You can convert a Eiki SSL as I understand. You need to mill the pressure
plate and aperature plate for the extended lateral area of the frame (the
frame being 2mm wider). My understanding with a conversion of the SSL is
that you don't have to re-center the lamp or the lens/barrel. The rollers
should be fine as well.
Pageants are a little more difficult to convert but I don't think
impossible. Nice thing about the Pageant is the option to silent thread,
skipping the threading around the sound head and minimizing the potential
for scratching the super 16 print.
