I noticed a review in the latest issue of Cineaste as well.

I'm mid-way through Arthur's book and enjoying it quite a bit despite some
of the jargon. There's a nice case study in the back of the book of 5
films/filmmakers and the venues the films have been screened at over a
given course of time. Interesting to see how many active venues there used
to be. Even places in my neck of the woods that I would never imagine to
rent prints of anykind let alone AG work.
