I got my 16mm laser subtitling done at LVT Paris. they are cheaper than the one
in Germany. make sure you are aware of the font they use etc.

Titra in the US is still capable of doing it...they just chose to cut out
anything related to 16mm post-production like everyone else. it's miserable.
