Hi Frameworkers ;-)
A documentary film I am co-directing and art directing is finishing up
financing and we really need a space in which to centralize our production.
The specific location in mind is Long Island City, around PS1 and 7, E, V, F
trains (Manhattan near NW trains could work too) Any help in providing or
connecting us to a space would be MUCH appreciated! We are on a tight
schedule...just moving into production now.
The kind of space we are looking for would be focused mostly on
editing/post-production but perhaps interviews and also some smaller set set
shoots.
Specific need is one room that contains sound fairly well for our editing
purposes...ideally another room for graphics/effects work stations.
We would likely have around 3-6 people on normal days, but may need room for
a few more as things ramp up in our production...1000 to 2000 square feet
would probably do it.
Looking for good natural light, fresh air, high ceilings...kitchen is a
plus. Okay to share or sublet. Can sign and move in April 15 or May 1.
Looking to sign at least 6 month lease.
