The G-3 rewind tank is a slow, cumbersome, and famously unpredictable way
to develop even B&W film--much less Ektachrome. You'll be much better off
with one of the Russian tanks which offer continuous immersion.
Lacking one of those you're better off just wadding up the film and
swishing it around in some buckets as opposed to using a G-3 tank.
Of course that's just my 2 cents (for whatever it's worth).
