I don't think anyone is.
However, I have a great, and affordable, 16mm projector repair guy in
Montgomery, Alabama. He's still pretty young, but has about 30 years
experience. Rick Ballard -- 334-834-9238. Tell him I sent you. I've
sent a few folks from the Frameworks list to him, and they've all been
happy.
You could pick up some affordable Eikis on eBay and have them refurbed.
There is a glut of projectors around if you search a bit. Try local
schools -- they get rid of them.
I remember being at one auction and seeing a whole pallet of Eikis go
for about $8 each. These were in good shape.
