Dear Sergio Fant,
Regarding to Next CINEMA2 program , I have made a film "On Eye Rape"
back in 1962, a kind of found footage film utilizing an American sex
educational film as a whole with punching big holes almost every
frame, grafty drawings, out of the frame printing(two frames in a
frame), and even subliminal inserts of a few "censored pornographic
stills" in Japan, therefore censoring the censor.
The film is one of the package called "60s Experiments" released from
Re:Voir in Paris.Please take a look.

This time he uses bits of pedagogical films that show the birth of
zebras and insects or the growth of plants, and places end to end
making holes in the film : the original images are "hidden" by large
areas of light appearing so violently that he calls this work "Shikan
ni tsuite"(On Eye Rape). In certain places, Iimura introduced
photogrammes containing pornographic scenes that were absolutely
illegal in Japan at that time. This technique serves a cinema that
one could qualify as "suggestive" or "structural". One of its
representatives, Paul Sharits, also inserts similar erotic
photogrammes in his films "Word Movie" (1966), "N:O:T:H:I:N:G"
(1968), and most of all "T:O:U:C:H:I:N:G" (1968), in order to flatter
retinal persistence.
