I've been juxtaposing telecined film with many
different forms of video, frame by frame, through
iMovie, and it's creating 3D type effects at times.

You may want to check out Glen Fogel's work and of
course Ken Jacob's Magic Lantern screenings.

Whatever you try, you may not get "3D" but it could be
more interesting, perceptually.
