It's interesting news; they're have been a lot of positive responses to
this DVD from unexpected sources...

I think your liner notes probably help quite a bit in opening some
doors and eyes...

I do hope this can be a foundation for other things, not an anomaly....
  but one good thing is, it presents Stan Brakhage to the public at
large in terms of a lifetime career which thrived right into this
century, so at least suggests there is a history, it has roots, it's
ongoing.... gets us out of that sixties stereotyping....

What might be interesting for the next phase of whatever this is would
be to do a kind of Brakhage in Context, like Rosenbaum did for Jacques
Rivettte .... there would be all kinds of possibilities with that....
