Yeah, I had planned to see Six Easy Pieces, but couldn't get there that
night for some reason, although I had a piece in a show there the next
day.
I've sort of had a long time now relationship to that thing, which
started as the Festival of Independents, before Linda Blackaby expanded
it into the Phila Festival of World Cinema (& then was fired from the
festival she invented..)
A plus for me is, it's not that long a drive, and there's parking,
can't say the same about Cannes............ !
