Roddy Bogawa, head of the media arts dept at New Jersey City Univ, asked me
to forward this. The position has not yet been filled. Itıs a great dept
with great students, close to NYC. Black Maria has its offices in this dept
as well.

MEDIA ARTS - Film Theory
Full-time tenure track position in Film Studies. Successful candidates must
possess teaching experience at the University level and a record of critical
scholarly activity in the field of film studies. Experience in 16mm film and
digital video production and post-production is desirable.
Additional responsibilities include: student advisement, curriculum
development, committee assignments, service to the University, and continued
professional and/or scholarly endeavor.
REQUIREMENTS: Ph.D. preferred but candidates with terminal MFA degree will
be considered.
