Using found 8mm home videos I hand manipulated them frame by frame using bleach, hair, salt, pigments, latex, scratching, burning, and other processes. For the sound element I recorded vinyl records I scratched and burned, cassette tape that was scratched and stretched, found voice mail message tapes, and the sound of my 8mm projector and slowed all the sounds down.

With this film I wanted to depict the way nostalgia and memories arouse and fade in and out of our conscience.
